User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA), Uprank.ai provides transparent mechanisms for users to request complete deletion of their personal information and revoked platform permissions.

For Instagram Users Who Interacted with an Uprank Automation

If you commented on a post or messaged an Instagram account powered by Uprank.ai and wish to delete your data:

1. Open your Facebook/Instagram app and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Accounts Center.
2. Select Your information and permissions → Apps and websites.
3. Locate Uprank (or the connected automation application) and click Remove.
4. Click View removed apps and websites and select Send Request to initiate an automated data purge.

For Account Owners & Subscribers

If you have an active Uprank.ai account and want all campaign data, connected handles, and contact lists permanently erased:

1. Log in to your dashboard at uprank.ai/app.
2. Navigate to Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnect Account.
3. Navigate to Account Settings → Delete Workspace.
4. All stored OAuth credentials, encrypted tokens, lead entries, and analytics will be permanently expunged from our databases within 48 hours.

Direct Email Data Request

Alternatively, you may submit a manual data deletion request by emailing privacy@uprank.ai with your Instagram handle. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 3 business days.
