Welcome to Uprank.ai. By accessing or using our website, APIs, or Instagram comment-to-DM automation software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. The Service

Uprank.ai provides high-throughput, edge-native marketing automations for connected Instagram Professional (Creator and Business) accounts. Our engine monitors comments and story mentions, verifies follower engagement, and delivers direct messages and resources via official Meta Graph APIs.

2. Acceptable Use & Meta Compliance

• Official API Usage: Uprank.ai exclusively connects via Meta's official Graph API v23.0. We strictly prohibit scraping, unofficial reverse engineering, or unauthorized credentials collection.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the copy, promotional offers, and links dispatched by your campaigns. All campaigns must strictly comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines.
• Spam & Rate Limits: Users must not configure automations designed to harass, spam, or deceptively misinform recipients. Uprank.ai implements automated rate limit jitter to protect account health.

3. Account Ownership & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected OAuth access tokens. You must immediately notify Uprank.ai of any unauthorized use or security compromise.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard with zero penalty or hidden cancellation fees. Access remains active through the end of your billing cycle.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Uprank.ai does not guarantee that Instagram or Meta will never alter API availability, features, or platform policies.
